2. Definitions

"Company" refers to Vishnu Agency, a plumbing & sanitaryware wholesale dealer located in Patancheru, Hyderabad.

"Products" refers to all pipes, water tanks, taps, sanitary ware, CP fittings, and other plumbing materials supplied by the Company, including Ashirvad, Watertec and Hindware brands.

"Customer" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services.

"Dealer" refers to any authorized reseller, distributor, or retailer of the Company's products.

"Website" refers to www.vishnuagency.co.in and all its subdomains.

3. Products & Orders

3.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is completely accurate, reliable, or error-free. Minor variations in colour, finish, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing tolerances and display settings.

3.2 Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or orders exceeding reasonable quantities.

3.3 Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

3.4 Bulk Orders: For bulk or wholesale orders, separate terms may apply. Please contact our sales team for wholesale pricing and terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for all orders must be made in full before dispatch unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other electronic payment methods as displayed at checkout.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card details.

Title to products passes to the Customer upon full payment and dispatch of the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping: We ship products across India through our network of logistics partners. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

5.2 Delivery: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery. Customers must inspect all shipments upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

5.3 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, dimensions, and delivery location. These charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

6. Returns & Warranty

6.1 Warranty Coverage: Products supplied by Vishnu Agency — including Ashirvad pipes, Ashirvad water tanks, Watertec taps and Hindware sanitary ware — are genuine, manufacturer-backed products. Manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship applies where offered by the respective brand, per the warranty card or manufacturer documentation.

6.2 Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, unauthorised repair, normal wear and tear, scaling or corrosion due to water conditions, or use of abrasive cleaning agents.

6.3 Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect products. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6.4 Refunds: Upon approval of a return or warranty claim, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

6.5 Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, product details, photographs of the defect, and a description of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Vishnu Agency or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Vishnu Agency name, logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Vishnu Agency. All product names, logos, and brands (including Ashirvad, Watertec, and Hindware) are the property of their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any trademarks without our prior written permission.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of our website or security measures

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
